A - No, Villa Roma Mini Storage will supply you with a
free lock upon rental.

over the phone?
A - Yes, we accept Visa or MasterCard only. In
addition, we
offer the convenience of
pre-authorized payments for your rent each
month.
Q - What type of
documentation is required to rent a unit?
A - A valid driver's license or picture I.D.
Q - How long will it take to
rent a unit?
A - Approximately ten minutes.
Q - What is prohibited from
being stored in a unit?
A - Any hazardous material, flammable materials,
propane tanks, food, etc.
Q - Can I come and inspect
Villa Roma Mini Storage's facilities?
A - Please do! We encourage you to inspect our
facilities. Our property manager will cheerfully
assist you in a tour.
